Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy
My toffee had a good flavor, but the texture was not as crisp as I like. I used a thermometer, but I think I should have taken it a little hotter.

Award Winning Chili
Very full, well-rounded flavor. I at least doubled the liquid and the beans. Otherwise, my recipe for 16 people would have been very thick and much more ground beef than beans.

Chocolate Covered Orange Balls
These are very rich and delicious. I solved the chocolate dipping problem by using the kind of chocolate designed for dipping and coating rather than baking chips. Since they're so rich, I suggest you roll the cookies small. Definitely more of a candy than a cookie.
