Fried Rice Restaurant Style

SOOO GOOD!! The sesame oil is what makes this sooo delish! :) I made my brown rice early and refrigerated it like some suggested. Thanks for the keeper!

Everyone in the family really liked this recipe..it was quick and easy to make so I liked that! Only problem I had was the cheese didn't melt right and that made it hard to cut up and eat. I think I will layer the meat, pasta and cheese next time like a lasagna. ??

Cucumber Sandwiches I

Good and easy to make. Got many compliments when I served these at a baby shower. But I did pass the recipe along to my MIL who made it for a shower and she did not care for it at all. Soo I guess to each its own. :) I think the cream cheese spread would be wonderful just served along side bagels.

Orange Pecan French Toast

Just made this for a brunch with my friends and we all agreed this was really good. I was so worried the bread would get soggy..but it turned out really good. I used Challah bread like someone else suggested. I like it was so easy since you put it together the night before. I am definitely going to try it out on my inlaws when they come and spend the night with us this summer. Thanks!

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Sooo good and sooo easy! Made these for a cookie exchange and everyone said they were very good. The confectioners sugar coated very nicely on them. My mom will love these..can't wait for her to taste them. :)

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

This recipe was sooo good and soo easy! I used the mini muffin tins and greased and floured them before baking. Also took them out of the oven and put them straight into the freezer still in the tins for about 10 min. They popped right out and then I kept them chilled in the fridge. My hubby said they were the best cookies. :) And I have to say they looked so cute!
