I'm pretty much your average girl who happens to like to bake. I like to bake mostly. Cakes, cookies, muffins, you name it, I bake it. Every year on St. Patrick's Day, my mom makes corned beef and cabbage with boiled potatoes, turnips, and carrots. I love that tradition, because it reminds us of our Irish background. I made artichoke dip, by combining two recipes I found on this site, for Thanksgiving one year, and with how much it made to such a small amount of people, I was surprised by the end of the night when the bowl was clean! I hadn't ever made peanut butter cookies before, so one day I decided I would try baking some. Well, the recipe must have asked for not enough sugar, because I followed the recipe to a tee, but the cookies were WAY too salty and very crunchy. No one in my family could stand them.
