French Toast Casserole
Enormous hit for company visiting from out of town. Was nice that it was made ahead. Made more than enough and actually ran out. The kids were crazy about it.

Hot Buttered Rum Batter
It was a huge hit served hot in cider for our Thanksgiving family "reunion". I cut the recipe in half and stored half in the freezer in "Ball" freezer-friendly containers.
