Avocado Smoothie
I am not a big avocado fan, but this was Very Yummy!! Instead of ice cubes I used frozen strawberries and little more honey =-)

Nana's Apple Crisp
This was the first apple crisp I have ever made and my husband loves it! It was really easy to make. I used granny smith apples and 3 pouches of brown sugar cinnamon instant oatmeal.

Red Beans and Rice
Very YUMMY!! I added chili powder, cumin, hot paprika & a garlic tex mex season we had on hand.
