Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
Made this for my family and they loved it...made these changes...I had a frozen sirloin steak that was marinating in red wine vinegar, garlic and soy sauce. Left out the soy sauce when cooking...added crushed tomatoes instead of stewed my husband doesn't like tomato pieces...added the peppers an hour before eating as I like them crisper...delicious...a new fave at our house.

Zucchini Pineapple Bread I
Delicious - I made it a little healthy - using 1/2 pineapple juice and 1/2 oil, 1 c all purpose flour, 1 3/4 cup ww flour, /4 cup ground flax and only 1 cup sugar. Turned out great...my kids gobbled it up. a definite keeper.

Jagerschnitzel
This was delicious even though I made it without mushrooms (which my husband hates) the sauce was delicious and my kids gobbled it up.
