Quick and easy way to use up pesto. Served with a grilled chicken breast on top to make a simple pasta dinner.

Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling
Followed the recipe as stated, even using the taco packet, and it turned out great. Great flavor and simple to make. Put a spoonful in the center of a flour tortilla and top with cheese and sour cream.

Parmesan Crusted Chicken
So delicious! I used fat-free mayo and a reduced fat parmesan to make it healthier. The dish turned out moist and full of flavor! An added plus is there aren't a ton of dishes to clean up by following the preperation method given!
