Russian Tea Cakes I
Delicious and easy. GREAT for Christmas! I made a few variations; with mini choc chips, with a clove in it, and with almond extract and used green food coloring for Christmas! All variations were a big hit.

Pumpkin Dip
This dip is easy and amazingly GREAT! I also made it with Splenda for a low carb, low sugar dip and it was GREAT!

Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookie Logs
I tried these for the first time the other day and they were easy to make and they were delicious! They were the hit of the Christmas party I made them for! All gone!
