World's Best Lasagna
What a bummer! Based on the reviews I was so excited to give this recipe a try. Mine turned out dry and was really salty. My guests ate it and said they enjoyed it, but I think they were just humoring me!

Baked Beef Stew
Had I not made some changes to this recipe, I would have given it five stars because the flavor is outstanding. If you are looking for the classic flavor and texture of beef stew, this is it. Instead of using tapioca I used 3T cornstarch dissolved in a cup of beef broth. I also used beef broth instead of water to kick up the flavor. I've never used the slice of bread and haven't missed it. Again--a delicious recipe--really hit the spot!

Crustless Spinach Quiche
This was a great foundation for a wonderful quiche! I didn't give it five stars because I made some changes. I actually did use a crust (had one I needed to use up), added chopped tomatoes, used fresh spinach instead of frozen, and substituted swiss cheese. I'm sure it would have been delicious as written, but these changes kicked it up a bit.
