Messy Burgers

Kids loved it. It tastes good, better than a normal burger. I omitted the onions (kids don't like to see it), added onion salt instead to get the flavor.

Mini Eggplant Pizzettes

Made this at work in a toaster oven for myself and several friends. The coworkers not on South Beach ate more than the dieters. Tasted like eggplant parm. I did however use my "own" sauce to make it tastier.
