Easy Roasted Pork
The flavors of the sauce did not permeate the roast. Could only taste the apple at the edges. The amount of sugar was a bit much with the applesauce. May try again, but with perforating the roast so the flavors of the sauce can seep into the meat.

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon
This was an awesome recipe. My husband is picky and he loved it. I used basil instead of parsley and it was delish!!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
Cooking this length of time, even on low, reduced the sauce so much that it was very salty.
