I have been making this recipe for a few years now and it never lets me down. I just made it for Christmas Day and it was a huge hit. The meat comes out so tender and flavorful. I use 1/2 cup of water and 3 bouillon cubes becuase I like more sauce. We serve with white rice and mashed potatoes. Best pepper steak recipe ever.

Tortilla Rollups IV

These are always a big hit and so easy to make. I make them the night before and wrap each one in plastic wrap until I am ready to serve. Makes for an easy make ahead appetizer!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Excellent recipe. Made for a family party and everyone asked for the recipe. I served as a "chili bar" and had the fixins on the side - sour cream, cheese, macaroni noodles, green onions, oyster crackers. I scaled back the heat - 1 jalepeno instead of chile peppers, no hot sauce, chili beans with medium sauce, and only half the black pepper and cayenne pepper. The sausage, beer, and seasonings gave great flavor. definitely a keeper.

Chicken Wing Dip

I love this dip! For parties, I cook everything in a saucepan and refrigerate the night before. I put it on low in the slow cooker about an hour before serving. Perfect!

Awesome Roast Beef

This recipe is outstanding! Made again for Father's Day today and was a hit. served with Mashed potatoes and wide egg noodles. I coat the meat with McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning as another review suggested. Also, I add a touch of Gravy Master Browning Sauce to darken the gravy a bit and also thicken it with a little flour and water. Made this many times and it's a family favorite.

Cucumber Sandwiches III

These are the best. I make them for parties and everyone loves them and there are never any left. I follow the recipe except use McCormick's Salad Supreme sprinkled on top instead of dill. Tastes great.
