Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
I have been making this recipe for a few years now and it never lets me down. I just made it for Christmas Day and it was a huge hit. The meat comes out so tender and flavorful. I use 1/2 cup of water and 3 bouillon cubes becuase I like more sauce. We serve with white rice and mashed potatoes. Best pepper steak recipe ever.
