I get requests for this stuff and I double the recipe. We add feta cheese to the mix. Haven't met a teenage guy yet who didn't eat this and love it. Rare leftovers even with the double batch.

Blueberry Coffee Cake II
I read reviews that said this was a little dry. I doubled the milk and soured it with a little lemon juice and the cake was absolutely perfect!
