Black Bean Chili

Excellent! I made it slightly less spicy by eliminating the jalapenos and decreased the cayenne so the kids would eat it. They enjoyed it with bread and butter.

Wiener Schnitzel

Even the little ones enjoyed this meal. I made it with German Potato Salad for a quasi-traditional meal and my husband said the meal was just like his mother used to make. Quite a compliment.

Definitely a keeper! I didn't have all the ingredients such as onions and celery salt but even without these ingredients, it was excellent. Even my husband said that the Olive Salad made a plain sub sandwich taste extraordinary.
