It's Chili by George!!
My husband and I loved this recipe! It made lots of very tasty, very thick chili (we used the diced tomatoes instead of the juice, as others recommended). It was very filling and had a nice amount of spice -- my husband isn't nuts about super-hot food, so we thought it was just right.
