Shortbread Supreme
These are easy to make, delicious to eat, and dangerous to have around the house. My wife and I ate the whole batch within a couple of days!

Dijon Vinaigrette
I also changed the oil vinegar ratio to 3/4 cup oil & 1/2 cup red wine vinegar. I also added 2 tbsp of honey to cut the sour taste. Finally, I added a pinch of thyme looks. It turned out pretty good in the end.

Baked Ham
This is a great recipe and use it all the time. The only thing I do extra is add pineapple rings on top of the ham and cut down on the water (2 cups or so). Very flavourful!
