I have a hard time rating this because I modified the recipe quite a bit... I boiled my peppers for 10 minutes or so to soften them and only baked them for 25 minutes to heat them through. For the stuffing, I cooked Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice, browned turkey sausage, and mixed it up with my favorite pasta sauce (HEB brand, tomato and basil). I didn't add a bit more seasoning, and it was just delicious. With the frozen turkey sausage I usually keep in the freezer, pasta sauce and rice, the only ingredient I'll need to pick up from the store would be the green peppers. Ingredients on hand + easy preparation + delicious dinner = a meal I will prepare often!
