Pretty bland.

Made recipe as directed, except without onions (forgot to pick up at store). It was fantastic! Entire family agreed we should have again soon.

I took the advice of other reviewers and sauteed the celery and onion first. Instead of using the chicken bouillon and water, I cooked the potatoes in chicken broth. It was very hearty and my husband really liked it (not usually a soup-for-dinner guy). Next time I will also add green onions to increase the veggie-quotient.

I agree with previous reviewer: I felt like something was missing. 2 stars to me means that I was able to finish the dish I made (wasn't a pizza emergency), but I will not make it again.

Followed the recipe except for substituting black beans for the kidney beans called for in the recipe. Overall, I enjoyed the burritos, but not enough to justify the work that goes into the preparation. I probably won't make this one again.

I added 2 cans of stewed tomatoes to this recipe, and it was wonderful!

I followed the advice of several reviewers and used cream of mushroom soup, I rinsed the canned green beans. I also only used 8 oz. of stuffing, and it was plenty. My husband and I both really enjoyed it! We'll certainly make this again.

Very good barley dish! I will probably add shredded chicken next time to make it a main course, but overall, very tasty!

I would have also doubled the stuffing. I will do that next time. Otherwise, delicious!

Made this for a party and it was a big hit! I made it just as the recipe states. I'll make this again because it was easy to make enough for a big group.

I have a hard time rating this because I modified the recipe quite a bit... I boiled my peppers for 10 minutes or so to soften them and only baked them for 25 minutes to heat them through. For the stuffing, I cooked Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice, browned turkey sausage, and mixed it up with my favorite pasta sauce (HEB brand, tomato and basil). I didn't add a bit more seasoning, and it was just delicious. With the frozen turkey sausage I usually keep in the freezer, pasta sauce and rice, the only ingredient I'll need to pick up from the store would be the green peppers. Ingredients on hand + easy preparation + delicious dinner = a meal I will prepare often!

I added red onion, walnuts, and feta cheese, and I also used honey instead of granulated sugar. Delicious!

I omitted the carrots and onions, but this recipe was FABULOUS! I will definitely make this again!

I took the advice of other people and added the sugar slowly to the sweet potato mixture, tasting each time. I ended up adding much less than the recipe called for, and adding less sugar balanced out the super-sweet topping. People at the party were asking me for the recipe all night!

My family loved this recipe! I also included a pound of crumbled sausage, and it added good flavor and more protein.

This was a big hit! The oven made these crunchy and delicious. The little bit of spice wasn't too much for my sensitive tastes :-)

I used frozen green beans, and it seemed to lack the punch I was expecting. I used a lot of salt and cheese to compensate, and it turned out alright. Next time I will try canned green beans.
