Golden Potato Soup
I took the advice of other reviewers and sauteed the celery and onion first. Instead of using the chicken bouillon and water, I cooked the potatoes in chicken broth. It was very hearty and my husband really liked it (not usually a soup-for-dinner guy). Next time I will also add green onions to increase the veggie-quotient.
