Why is the picture shown with a frosting when there's no mention of frosting in the recipe? Also, I read someone's review who said to really flatten the cookie. I disagree, they have more substance if you only slightly flatten before cooking. I also refrigerated the batter for a bit and made smaller dough balls. Yummy cookies.

I really didn't think this was that flavorful. I brought it to a party along with the French Coconut Pie and the coconut went much faster than the banana. I won't be making it again :(

Very good, went over well at a party, should have covered the edge of the crust for such long cooking.
