Big Soft Ginger Cookies
Why is the picture shown with a frosting when there's no mention of frosting in the recipe? Also, I read someone's review who said to really flatten the cookie. I disagree, they have more substance if you only slightly flatten before cooking. I also refrigerated the batter for a bit and made smaller dough balls. Yummy cookies.
