Artichoke Spinach Dip
Way too much dip! This will make 2 huge bowls of dip, definitely cut the recipe in half for just one bowl, and it will be enough. (or cut out 1 cream cheese and 1 sour cream)Too much sour cream and/or cream cheese, it made the flavor so bland you cant even taste the spinach or artichokes! I saved it by adding kosher salt and about 5 sauteed garlic cloves. DEFINITELY needed the fresh garlic! My guests loved it, I thought it was just OK. I will be trying another recipe for this instead of making this one again
