Honey Lime Chicken Wings
excellent stuff... though initially i was quite apprehensive about trying something with honey.. it turned out fantastic... everyone liked it :) i made a few changes in the recipe though... marinated the chicken with a bit of salt, ginger and garlic paste for about 2 hours... lightly washed the marinate off.. coat with flour and fry.I also sprinkled toasted seasame seed on top for presentation and taste! I also stir fried the chicken in the sauce under low fire for the honey to caramelise and coat the chicken better.....yummy.... I'm gonna make them again soon :)~~~~

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Nut Muffins
Absolutely decadent! The one recipe that swept me off! And I didn't even have any nuts at hand! Absoultely foolproof... Thanks Marais!

Best Brownies
this is the second time I'm making the brownies and they are still so excellent. It is idiot proof and I will recommend it to anybody for the ease and convenience of this recipe. I always double the recipe.. otherwise its just not enough. I've tried it two ways, once with butter (came out fudgey) and the other with 1/2 prune puree (8 ounces pitted prumes + 6 tbsp hot water in food processor) + 1/2 butter and it had a dense cake like consistency. either way it was THE BEST!!!
