Juicy Pork Chops
Having had pork chop disasters, I was reluctant to even buy them anymore. But when our local grocery store had a great meat sale, I bought a family pack of thick, boneless pork chops and headed for this web site to find a recipe I could live with. This one got rave reviews from my husband who told me to not lose this recipe! Because I was still worried that the chops might turn out dry, I poured a little bit of olive oil over them as they broiled. I didn't have time to marinate them as long as suggested (only about an hour) but they turned out heavenly. This is a keeper. Just be sure you are using the inch thick pork chops. This recipe is now my preferred way to make pork chops. Thank you motherofthreeboyz for sharing a winner!

Hot Cross Buns I
This recipe turned out just as good as earlier reviewers said it would! And it reminded me of my mom's hot cross buns! I used a "tropical medley" of dried fruit from Sun Maid and it was wonderful! Also added the 1/2 tsp. all spice and 1 tsp. cinnamon as earlier reviewers did. I needed to find a good recipe for hot cross buns as I need to bring the rolls to an upcoming social event and I don't need to look any further! Thank you all for your suggestions and Sue, for your recipe!

Holiday Cranberry Salad
I was unable to find either fresh or frozen cranberries (in February) in my grocery store. But I wanted to try this salad. I substituted a 1 pound bag of tart frozen cherries and followed the rest of the directions (omitting the nuts as my family requested). It turned out wonderfully! Just in time for Valentine's Day and Presidents Day when cherries are so popular. I put a small bowl of coarsely chopped walnuts on the table for anyone who wished to add the crunch of nuts. This was a hit. I have added it to my keepers. Thanks Chandell!
