Blueberry Bake
The recipe was really good. Instead of taking the time to make the dough, I used frozen biscuits as a short cut.

Eggplant Parmesan II
The recipe was real easy to make. I love eggplant, but never cooked it for myself. This recipe will be in my monthly menu planning.
