Slow-Cooked Steak Fajitas
Meat texture was not fajita-like. Also, my family doesn't care for a tomatoe base w/ fajitas.

Felix K.'s 'Don't even try to say these aren't the best you've ever eaten, because they are' Chocolate Chip Cookies
Umm, Wow! We have pretty high expectations when it comes to baking, especially chocolate chip cookies. I must say everyone thinks these are pretty spectacular. They wondered if they were allowed to eat them they looked like they were for company. I will say, the second batch into the oven was a little thinner. I think it's because the dough was sitting out and got warmer. Next time I will keep it slightly chilled. Followed the instructions to a tee, I did, however, use 1/2 C. margarine & 1/2 butter. Butter results in a thinner cookie because it melts faster than margarine or crisco. So, I wanted to play it safe. Thanks Felix K!

Anniversary Chicken I
It was alright. My family doesn't care if they ever eat it again. I cooked it 20 mins. in the oven and it was overcooked. So, make sure not to overbake after the pan searing. I asked if they would have liked it if it was more tender, they responded "not really." So, this is coming out of my recipe folder.):
