Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Holy cats...this was so good and incredibly easy. I added some asparagus I had in the fridge (added it before the cream sauce) and it was even more dynamite. This soup has the richness of cream, but by making the roux sauce with 1% milk, it came out much healthier. I used 6 bouillon cubes (assuming each cube = 1 tsp) and did not add salt--it was perfect. My husband LOVED it. I'll do this again and again.
