Spaghetti Carbonara I
That is a huge amount of bacon for six servings, I'd cut it in half. Also, the eggs are tossed with the hot pasta to cook, not scrambled into little lumps.

Creamy Hot Cocoa
I simplified this a bit, using milk instead of the water/milk/cream combination, but with this modification we've done it over and over with great results!

Perfect Pita Chips
Very good! Since others said it was too salty, I reduced the salt by half. Next time I'll leave it out altogether, and it will be just right.
