Flavorful Flounder
This was great! Husband said its a keeper. I modified it based on other reviews. Here is what I did. Baked it at 350 for 10 minutes, added the topping (margarine, mayo, green onions, salt, dill weed, garlic powder, panko crumbs). Broiled it until slightly brown on top. Served it with couscous. The panko gave it a great crunch. Thanks!

Wiener Schnitzel
This was delicious! My family used to eat schnitzel all the time when we lived in Switzerland. This tastes like what you find in a real German restaurant. I took the advice of other reviewers and added salt/pepper to the flour. I only had 1 cup of regular bread crumbs, so I added another cup of italian bread crumbs. 2 cups of crumbs was more than enough for the 5 pieces of veal that I had. Fresh squeezed lemon is also a must for this dish! Thanks for the recipe!

Spinach and Strawberry Salad
This was a hit for Easter dinner. I added my own things, such as red onion and toasted almonds. I also followed other reviewers suggestions and replaced half the sugar with honey. Used olive oil instead of veg. oil to be a little healthier. Husband suggested adding bacon - will try that next time. Thanks for the recipe!
