Raspberry Tart
This is awesome - although next time I would add a little cornstarch to the jam when it is heated. Would help the tart hold together when it's cut. This crust is great!

Chocolate Truffle Cookies
Great cookies - make sure you don't bake them on a dark cookie sheet or they will burn. I used foil to line the baking sheets after the first batch and that worked fine.

Pecan Pie III
Wow! What good old fashioned pecan pie should taste like! Not like that mush some people pass off...this is excellent!!
