Amish White Bread
This is the simplest and the best tasting bread recipe. I have made it in bread machines, kitchen aides and by hand, and it comes out perfect EVERYTIME. I have never had this recipe fail me. Even makes awesome rolls with some honey and butter.

Shrimp Bisque II
very good recipe... used some leftover lobster shells to make the stock, I would put it up against any resturant

Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce
This is one of the best BBQ sauces. I don't buy it anymore. I make it with Hickory liquid smoke, and another version with Mesquite liquid smoke. THANKS BIG AL!!!!!
