Slow Cooker Thanksgiving Turkey
I had an almost 4 pound bone in half turkey breast. I followed the recipe, however I only had powdered gravy mix, so I made that and poured in over the breast. Cooked for 5 hours on low. It was falling apart. I just took a pair of tongs and pulled the meat off the bone. It was so moist and delicious. Will probably do my Thanksgiving boneless turkey breast this way. Wonderful !

Oven Fried Chicken III
This was excellent. I made it for a cookout. I used chicken drumsticks and as others suggested I used 1/2 cup mayonnaise and thinned it out with milk. I also used half panko breadcrumbs and half Progresso Parmesan breadcrumbs. My husband liked it so much that we're having it again tonight. Two days in a row! This time I will be using boneless breasts for Sunday family dinner.

Italian Chicken Marinade
This is an excellent marinade. I do use the whole bottle of dressing because I usually do 6 boneless breasts. I do not add any salt. Every time we open the fridge we flip the chicken over. I haven't grilled it yet, only baked. It has been very moist every time. Husband is not fond of chicken but likes this recipe.
