French Apple Tart (Tarte de Pommes a la Normande)

I have a solution to a lot of bakers who felt that the frangipane (almond filling) was not almondy enough. Toast the almond before grinding them. The flavors of the almonds will reveal themselves.

This is very yummy! i lessened the butter and made my own half n half (cream and milk) I also add some julienned red peppers and scallions to add a bit of color and depth.

Satiny Chocolate Glaze

Wonderfully easy! I put my glaze in a sturdy sandwich bag, clipped the tip and used it to pour in the grooves of the bundt cake! It looks sumptuous and added a nice presentation.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

This is truly the easiest and yummiest chocolate cake ever! I add a chocolate glaze over the ridge of the bundt cake which makes it look fancier and even more attractive. Great gift to the neighbors and cowarkers!

Wilma, this is ALWAYS a hit when i make it. I do use buttermilk biscuits that i peel into 3. It's a very tasty recipe and appears a lot fancier than it is! Thank you very much for sharing!

Easy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

I was going to make my own roasted peppers until i went food shopping and saw jar roasted peppers were on sale! it was yummy, i too add sesame seeds (instead of the tahini) and id did add a bit of olive oil to add smoothness. THANK you for you sharing

This is such a wonderful recipe - Easy, quick and the chicken is SO MOIST!!! I've received compliments from old folks that did not even like chicken! THANK YOU FOR SHARING! (I used paste chicken broth and it's just as good)
