i made this today for our work potluck. i only use half of the recipe and also put it on mini phyllo shells. i think it made about 60 shells like the other review said. i didn't have chives so i use green onion and put it on b4 baking. it turn out wonderful. Everybody at work who wasn't affaird of shrimps love it and asking for recipe. Now i'm one of the most popular person at work thanks to this recipe hahahah

If u looking for a true thai dish , this one isn't for u. This dish is absolutely not thai at all but it's a ok dish nothing fancy. Need more kick if u asking me.

i used this recipe to make only the scalloped potatoes not w/ pork chop since one of my friends said the pork chop turn out to be kinda dried for her. i microwave the sliced pototoes b4 lay in on the pan & also suatee onion b4 too ( it bring out more sweet of the onion on the dish)& i dont have cheddar cheese in hand but i used coby&jack , also sprinkle garlic powder & a little crumble bacon. cover & cook for hr , Turn out delicious :-)
