I absolutely love this soup! It's my new favorite comfort food. I usually bring some for lunch and my colleagues always ask for the recipe.I direct them to All Recipes site and credit Lise P. I add just a little more curry and a large clove of diced garlic along with the carrots, onions and celery - although it's just about perfect the way it is. Thanks!

This was wonderful! I have made a pilaf similar to this for years using button mushrooms & chicken broth. I like this much better. It's fast, easy & foolproof! I used Fideo (vermicelli) instead of the spaghetti and served it at a dinner party. Everyone asked for the recipe! Thank you so much!

I have now made this several times. Once I brought it to work as a treat during break and there was none left! My grandsons also love it. This is a wonderful summer dessert.
