This is my first time writing a less than glowing review. The texture was so unappealing that I threw the entire pie away. Fortunately, made two traditional pumpkin pies so I didn't have to serve this to my guests.

Lemon Sauce I

This was so incredible!!! I served it with pound cake for a bridal shower, and it was definitely the hit of the party! Light, intensely lemony, not overpowering and not too rich. I did double the amount of lemon juice and peel. Fantastic!

Garden Veggie Pizza Squares

I made these for a bridal shower and they were the favorite appetizer there. Lots of requests for the recipe. Like others, I used two things of crescent roll dough (the low fat kind), and used low-fat cream cheese as well. Wonderful!!

Chocolate Revel Bars

These are so incredible!! I made them for a bridal shower and everyone devoured them. Even my husband who won't normally eat things with lots of butter raved about them. I'll definitely make these again, but with a few substitutions to make them a little less fattening.

Zucchini Mediterranean Style

Pretty good recipe, with some adjustments. I used green instead of red pepper, and added a can of tomato sauce to the mixture for thickness. I also used crushed red pepper to give it some spice, and a beef boullion cube for some richness in the sauce. Overall, it was quick, easy, and very good for you, which is a plus. I would absolutely make this again.

Mom's Best Waffles

After trying this recipe, these are the only waffles I'll make. They are wonderful!! You know it's a good recipe when the waffles taste great without anything on them. The only change I make is to add a tsp. of vanilla.

Rhubarb and Strawberry Pie

Pretty good, but not my favorite. The filling was very runny, the rhubarb was a little too crunchy still, but it was still great warm with vanilla ice cream!

Deep Dark Chocolate Cake

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Incredible dough recipe. I've made it twice now for company and gotten rave reviews each time. Very easy with a Bosch mixer. I'll use this every time I make pizza, and I'm trying it with calzones tonight.

Chicken Tortilla Soup I

Gramma's Apple Bread Pudding

Every time I ask my husband what he wants for dessert, he tells me this recipe. It's wonderful!! I like it with whole wheat bread, and I skip the butter sauce (vanilla ice cream is much better). When I make it for company I'm always asked for the recipe. YUM!!

Black Bean And Corn Salad II

Apricot Lentil Soup
