Quick and Easy Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2008
A great blast from my past. Before cooking took on an art form for me I just loved the taste of good food. This recipe is quick, easy and made from supplies most have in their pantry. Adding fresh cherries or cranberries is a great twist. Thanks for sharing.

Wonderful recipe, I made this a vegetarian dish by omitting the meat and I did not add the green pepper or celery. I also added a little olive oil. Thanks for a great find. We will be using this recipe alot.

Fresh Asparagus and Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2003
Very Good... I used 1 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup mayonaise instead and thickened the sauce with flour & milk before assembling. I increased the noodles to 12 oz and assembled it in this order noodles, chicken, asparagus, noodles and topped it off with the remaining chicken and cheese.. It was well liked... Thanks for a great find.. Cheryl

Pizza Dough I

I found this recipe to be a bit dry and heavy. I put everything in my bread machine and I had to add more water and oil. I like a lighter crust. My kids loved it so for them its a keeper. Thanks for the recipe. Cheryl

Great recipe, I kneaded this by hand and found it to be a bit sticky so I added little more flour as I went. Bread was delicious and everyone raved about its taste. Thanks for a great find. CherylNJ

I just loved this recipe... I make it often. The muffins are delicious. I did change one thing, I instead of using the two different bran cereals, I just used plan bran cereal and added my own bakers rasins. Thanks so much.

This is my recipe and I am always changing and adding things. I recently added fresh (or dried)basil and diced tomatoes along with the spinach and it makes this dish 2 times better. Thanks for the reviews and the comments. Happy cooking
