Rick's Special Buttercream Frosting

Don't even bother with other recipes. This is IT. 1/2 butter crisco, half butter. Held up fantastic for deco too. Tasted GREAT and easy. Just remember to beat and beat. No short cut on this.

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

The BEST. I used the Velveeta and cheddar/jack for the rest. Don't be fooled that it's soupy at first. Firms up nicely. Double the recipe. Great for potluck or family dinner. Be sure to stir while blending cheese/milk.

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

This is THE BEST. I got the sea salt from a friend in Maui. You need to find this because of the flavor. A real crowd pleaser and EASY. I cooked 2 roasts and did it in the oven slowly over night, then transferred to crock to finish it with bbq sauce. A HIT

Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake I

Second time making this in the past week. I use choc crumbs, 4 8 0z pkg cream cheese, 1 cup heavy whipping cream, and 4 eggs, 1 cup sugar, melted chips. Sour cream with hershy powder and sugar for topping. Same with the nuts and caramel topping instead of melting. It came out perfect!
