Cowboy Oatmeal Cookies
Good cookies! Made these with the kids...very easy. We used half butterscotch chips and half peanut butter. Tasty!

Absolutely fabulous! This dish disappeared quick. Could be a meal by itself. Will make this for years to come.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken
This recipe is really...mustardy! I don't know...I like mustard but it was a bit much. I used 50/50 Dijon and yellow. Maybe that was the problem. But hey - it was something different! Gotta mix it up.
