This is a great recipe! I made a couple of changes to it. I added 2 teaspoons of vanilla to the coffee mixture (it cuts down on the taste for those who are not mocha fans)and used an instant chocoate instead of 2 white chocolate. I have made it twice this way and it was a major hit for a dinner party we had:)

Pretty good recipe. I have made it also with just cream cheese, green salsa, and cheese on top (because that was all I had on hand the second time I went to make it)and it tunred out just as great, if not better!!!! I have a lot of requests for the recipe with just the 3 ingredients! I usually just make it with the 3 ingredients anymore, easier and just as tasty. I am asked to bring to parties quite a bit.

Good recipe! I too used ready made cookie dough, then I add 2 cups of cool whip and added an extra teaspoon of vanilla to the spread mixture! It turned out great and was not too sweet as the reagular spread is. The kids and adults loved it!!
