Beer Batter Fish Fillets

Loved it! The only change I made was I added 1 tsp of garlic salt. Definitely will make this again.

Chocolate Chip Bread II

The best baked ziti ever! I made a few very, very minor changes that wouldn't affect the results. I used a bit more cheese and sauteed the onion and garlic with the sausage but...that's it. I followed the recipe and it is fabulous!

The Best Lemon Bars

This recipe is great! I did exactly what the recipe says and they came out perfect (the two lemons squeezed came out to exactly 2/3 cup). Will definitely make again.

Pizza Pasta Bake

Great recipe! The only thing I did different was...I used 1 lb of sausage and skipped the bacon and I used more cheese on top. Will definitely make again...even my 18 month old ate it and he won't eat anything!

Easter Eggs

I've never made anything like this but figured I'd give it a try. They are REALLY good and surprisingly easy. Mine didn't come out looking quite as nice as the picture but that's my fault...not the recipes'. Seriously good and I will definitely be keeping this recipe around for future special occasions. Hopefully in the future mine will look prettier with some practice.

Mondi's Super Simple Chicken

We love this recipe. We season it more/different because the recipe calls for less than we like but the butter is an awesome idea! My husband and our son LOVE this chicken. We will actually be making it for his first birthday party! Thanks!

Baked Pineapple I
