Beer Batter Fish Fillets
Loved it! The only change I made was I added 1 tsp of garlic salt. Definitely will make this again.

Chocolate Chip Bread II
This bread is great! I added 1 cup of coconut flakes and it was to die for. Will definitely make again.

Baked Ziti with Sausage
The best baked ziti ever! I made a few very, very minor changes that wouldn't affect the results. I used a bit more cheese and sauteed the onion and garlic with the sausage but...that's it. I followed the recipe and it is fabulous!
