Grilled Salmon I
I used 1/4 cup lemon juice and fresh pepper. I also used one clove of garlic crushed and about 1/2 the oil called for. Turned out great

Easy Granola Bars
tasted good, but was very crumbly because in Canada our Sweetened condensed milk comes in 300ml cans (about 10oz). This was an oversight on my part, but just in case....check the size of your can. I will make this again and adjust the ratios.

Valentino's Pizza Crust
without question the best crust I've made...and I've been working on it for a while. I added 3 generous tbls of oil and let it rise for 2 hrs. I used garlic oil in the dough and brushed the crust with with it when it first came out of the oven, then dusted it with parm cheese. delish!!!
