Creamy Rice Pudding
I didn't care for this at all. I'm accustomed to the wonderful custard that forms when baked in the oven and this didn't even come close to that that standard.

Dutch Apple Pie with Oatmeal Streusel
The pie itself is wonderful. I wasn't too crazy about the topping, however. It turned out dry and rather hard, but did soften a bit after a couple days covered in the refrigerator.

Amish White Bread
Wow Wow Wow! Great recipe and very easy to make. I followed the tips for using a stand mixer, cut the sugar back to 2 Tbsp, and had spectacular results. Thanks for sharing this, Peg.
