Cajun Seafood Pasta
Delicious! Huby loved as well and he's not a huge fan of spicy food. I did follow some of the reviews and left out the red pepper flakes and halved the black pepper. I think next time I will also halve the white pepper and maybe put a pinch of flakes because the white pepper overwhelmed it a bit. I also ended up doubling the cream because I'm a novice cook and wasn't paying close enough atention and the sauce srarted bubbling and reduced quite a bit! wa I'm glad I did or I wouldn't have had enough sauce. I used 2 tsp. of italian seasoning because I was out of basil.....in hind site I should of decreased the salt The seasoning has salt in it so it was a little on the salty side I added a litle milk to compensate.
I also used 1# shrimp no scallops and added mushrooms and minced garlic from jar. Served over spinach fetticine, can't wait to try again!
