BBQ Beer Brat Kabobs
Absolutely delicious! This was my 1st time making kabobs, Husband and guest gave several compliments. The 7 yr old cleaned her plate and my 3 yr old who is hard to get veggies in ate all but 2 bites! Definitely will make again, It made 10 kabobs using 5 brats. I did leave off the onions because we only like well cooked onions might try w/ them next time

Creamy Garlic Mushroom Chicken
Even though my picky 4 yr old didn't like it I thought it was pretty good. I used 1 can cream of mushroom and 1/2 can roasted garlic. Amt was adequate; we put over egg noodles. I substituted canned for frozen corn. Easy and quick!

Normal Chicken
This was pretty good with the added benefit that it's easy! I used 3.5 lbs. of chicken pieces so I doubled the sauce along with 1 cup of brown sugar.I seasoned the meat with onion powder and a garlic pepper blend. I used low sodium soy sauce. Thru in some carrots. Delish! I think if I make it again I will marinate to get the flavor more into the meat instead of the skin, maybe use skinless/boneless.
