Eric's Best New York Style Cheesecake
i have made cheescakes in the past. And this one blows all the others away. My family is just amazed. And IT DOESNT SPLIT ! Would recommend highly. Also I have made this twice in less than 2 weeks.

Catfish Saint James
quick and easy, I used whole milk and tweaked the spices because it sounded a little bland for my taste. The Italian spice give the fish a unique taste that is not everyday. I had a pound of catfish and this recipe was enough for the entire pound.

Salsa II
The taste of the final product is greeat, we substituted your standard garden variety of tomatoes fresh picked, and increased the amount by two pounds due to standard tomatoes have less meat to them than the plum, we cut the peppers down to 3/4 Lb and increased the garlic to 4 Tbs but other than that everything else remained the same. Can't wait to make a second batch to play with the heat content a little more. Great recipe Thanks for sharing it
