Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
This is a yummy pizza dough. I make it in a bread machine using bread flour. Sometimes I have to knead in a little extra flour after taking it out of the machine. I halve the dough. One half I use in a 13"x9" pan, other half I freeze for later. I prebake the dough for about 10 minutes before adding toppings and then continue to bake for 10-15 minutes more. The pizzas always turn out great.
