Banana Banana Bread
Good texture and flavor (according to my son. I don't like bananas). I used about 2/3 cup brown sugar and that seemed good enough. I didn't measure amount of bananas. Used about 4 medium ones.

Fluffy Pancakes
These are the best pancakes I've ever made. Fluffy, tender and delicious. I will probably cut back on the salt next time though; the pancakes were very slightly on the salty side.

Pumpkin Gingerbread
Very yummy! At first I thought it was too gingery but the next day it was even better! Will be making this again soon.
