Apple Cake IV
Loved this cake! Tried others on this site that were too soggy. This one had a nice moist texture. The only thing I changed was cut back by 1/4 c on the sugar since my apples were pretty sweet. We served it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! Yum!

French Apple Bread Pudding
I've never made a bread pudding before. I had a can of condensed milk and some gala apples on hand so I tried this one. It was easy and tasted good. The only thing I changed was I used a cinamon swirl bread.

Greek Chicken
I followed the recipe for the marinade using the fresh herbs. Marinaded cut-up chicken tenderloins and then made into kabobs. I grilled the chicken kabobs along with pepper and onion kabobs and served with grilled flat bread. I'll put it in rotation. Easy to make & yummy!
