Grandma's Corn Bread Dressing
This is similar to the recipe my mother handed down to me but I add some sugar because we like it sweet.

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
Great starter recipie. For mine, I use 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1 can of chicken broth, 1 frozen chicken breast, 1 can of whole kernel corn drained, 1 can of black beans drained and rinsed, 1 can of Rotel drained, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, and 1 teaspoon of Cumin. Put all ingredients in a crock pot on low, give it a stir and 8 hours later.. delicious soup. I serve it with tortilla chips, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese. There are NEVER any left overs!

Carrot Cake III
YUM! My 15-year-old daughter made this cake for me for Mother's Day. She used 3/4 cup oil and 3 1/2 cups of carrots instead of the amount of oil it called for. She also added nutmeg and used a little bit more vanilla extract. YUM!
