I took it out of the oven before leaving to work, I came home and it was all gone. My son and husband at it all. They loved it. I was really surprised since we are not big fish eaters. They keep asking me to make it again.

Easy, quick, and tasty. I did salt and pepper the chicken and added a little salt to the breadcrumb mixture. Served it w/Sautéed spinach w/garlic and lemon. The chicken was really moist. Everyone loved it. I will definately make this many times.

I doubled the recipe and marinated it overnight. As usual, I over cooked the chicken on the grill and thought it would be dry, but it wasn't. It was still very moist and tasty. Very easy to make. Presention was also nice. I placed the chicken on a nice serving platter w/lemon slices and fresh rosemary sprigs as garnish. I will use this recipe often. I'm glad I made extra because it was great to have a piece the next day for lunch.
