My "kids" (14 & 17) hardly ever agree on new recipes that I try. This is the first recipe in a long time that both asked if I could make it again soon. I'm also on a low sodium diet, so I adapted the recipe to use "NoSalt" instead of salt, and I used no-salt-added tomatoes. This is sure to become a part of our family cookbook and I will share my low-sodium version with my friends who also need good tasting yet no-salt meals!
